About Courier Incubator
The Courier Incubator is an initiative designed to empower women and drive diversity in the courier and logistics industries. It specifically provides comprehensive training and mentorship to empower women and ensure they have the skills and opportunities they need to succeed.
Understanding the barriers to entry that women face – including gender stereotypes, lack of awareness about career opportunities and limited access to training and mentorship – IVECO South Africa and its partners aim to address them through this initiative. This is especially true with these industries being traditionally male dominated.
The Courier Incubator, powered by IVECO South Africa, is a strategic collaboration with key partners including the Commercial Transport Academy (CTA), Hollard and host employers, The Courier Guy and Inter Town Transport .
